Questions, answered plainly.

Not yet. Arke is invite-only while we grow it carefully, and we let people in from the waitlist in order. When your turn comes you get an email with a link that works straight away.

A Google account. Arke signs you in with Google and reads Gmail and Google Calendar to build the graph, and that is the only connection it needs.

The Mac app, for recording calls, and WhatsApp, for talking to the agent from your phone, are both optional and can wait until you want them.

Minutes. On the first connection Arke backfills about a year of calendar history and your mail, then keeps itself current in the background.

There is nothing to import and no data entry. The graph is built from what is already in your account.

Not today. Sign-in and sync are Google-only. Outlook is the addition people ask for most and it is on the list, but we would rather say not yet than ship a connector that half works.

Anything your mail, calendar, meetings and notes could answer between them. What is the latest on the proposal to Val. Who went quiet this quarter. What do I owe people this week. Brief me before my two o'clock.

It answers, and then offers to draft the follow-up.

Every answer cites its sources. Open a citation and you land on the email, meeting or note the claim came from, so you can check it yourself.

Where it cannot support an answer it says so instead of filling the gap.

Only a message you have read and pressed Send on. Arke writes the draft; sending is your keystroke. It never sends on its own, never in the background, and never to anyone you have not addressed yourself.

You can withhold the send permission entirely and keep everything else.

Arke scores each relationship on how recently and how often you actually talk, and then tells you in words: “Went quiet 4 months ago”, rather than handing you a number to interpret.

No. Arke for Mac records on your own machine. Nothing joins the participant list, nobody is emailed about a notetaker, and the people you are talking to see an ordinary call.

Only if you want your calls recorded and written up. The graph, the agent, deals and notes all run in the browser without it.

Not yet. The recorder is Mac-only today.

No. Audio only, and only while a recording is actually running.

You choose, for each one: private to you, shared with the workspace, or public by link.

Recordings are the one thing in Arke that belongs to the person who made them rather than the workspace, and you can delete any of yours for good, at any time.

Your workspace picks: 7, 30, 90 or 365 days, or until someone deletes them. Audio past its keep-by date is removed automatically.

The transcript and the write-up stay until you delete them, so a recording you no longer need not to keep still leaves you its notes.

That is your call, and the law differs by country and by state. Our advice is the simple version: say at the top of the call that you are recording.

No. A workspace is one shared brain: one people list, one pipeline, one set of notes, for everyone in it. Nobody keeps their own private copy of the CRM.

Owner, admin and member. The owner runs billing and the workspace, admins manage people and settings, members work in the graph.

There are no per-person silos and no record-level permissions to configure.

No, and that is deliberate. Arke marks what the agent wrote and leaves everything else unattributed.

It is a shared memory, not an audit trail. Putting a name on every line changes how people write things down.

Yes, and each one is a separate, empty brain, so one client's world never leaks into another's. A single subscription covers every workspace you own.

Individual is $15 a month, Advanced $29, Pro $49, and Enterprise is priced on a call. Each step up raises the same three limits: members, recording hours and agent messages.

Five days on the Individual plan, and it runs without a card. You enter payment details only when you decide to subscribe.

Upgrading during the trial ends it and bills immediately, so the plan you pick starts the day you pick it.

All of them, with all of them. Plans differ only in limits: how many members, how many recording hours, how many agent messages. Nothing is walled off behind a higher tier.

Arke tells you and pauses until your renewal, or until you upgrade. Settings stays reachable, so you are never locked out of your own billing, and nothing in your workspace is touched or deleted.

No. Billing is per account: one subscription, and one pool of recording hours and agent messages shared across every workspace you own.

Senders, recipients, subjects, timestamps, and the text of the message, because the text is what the graph is built from: who promised what, which decisions were made, the names people mention.

It stores a short extract rather than the whole message, with quoted replies and signatures stripped, and it never downloads attachments.

No. The relevant part of your workspace is sent to Anthropic to answer the question you asked, and it is not trained on.

Data from Google is covered by Google's Limited Use rules, which forbid training generalized models on it outright.

In the United States, on managed infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest.

Whenever you like, without asking us. People, deals and notes export as Markdown, CSV or JSON from Settings, and transcripts and summaries as Markdown, PDF or Doc.

Yes. Disconnect a Google account and the data synced from it goes with it. Delete a workspace or your account and the contents leave production within 30 days.

Export first if you want to keep any of it.

Not yet. SOC 2 Type II is not complete, and we would rather write that here than display a badge nothing backs. When the report exists it goes on the privacy page.

At any moment, from Settings or straight from your Google account, without asking us first.

Arke holds read-only access to mail and calendar, plus permission to send a message you have approved. It cannot delete or change anything in your mailbox.
